As a traveling chef, I was able to visit many locations around the world. These adventures rejuvenated my passion and reignited my desire to produce the best food possible. That is why I created Black Lotus catering, a company that can provide their clients with the best unique Urban Asian food, that is delicious and also a lot of fun.

Slow braised oxtail marinate in house made black garlic in a rich ramen broth topped with sliced green onion and fresh garlic.

Sword fish marinate ginger & red miso, then pan seared on a bed of seaweed sticky rice severed kimchi.

Sushi stuff & rolled with cucumber, fresh lobster tails, & crab meat. Topped with a sesame ginger carrot slaw with a sweet chili cream.
Jerk Ribeye
Ramen
Grilled seasoned jerk ribeye in a spicy ramen broth. Topped with bamboo, seaweed, slice green onion, & a sunny side up egg.

Green Tea Cake topped with ginger ice cream, a fortune cookie, and a strawberry sauce on the bottom.
Lobster Tail

A mix green salad tossed in a citrus vinaigrette. Topped with a fresh lobster tail cherry tomato and a miso hollandaise.
