A Hot Pot & BBQ Party is an event where you and your guests are able to enjoy a unique meal in which you choose from a selection of raw ingredients, such as thinly sliced meats and vegetables, and cook them tableside by dipping them in boiling broth or by cooking them on a tabletop grill. At this event you will receive two types of broth, two hot pot meats, two BBQ meats, a vegetable tray, spicy cold noodle salad, ginger sweet tea, and a dipping sauce. The price of this wonderful experience is $24.50 per person plus a Chef fee $50

Follow these four easy steps for a perfect Hot Pot & BBQ party
Step 1– Know your guest count, the date of the event, and location of the event
Step 2– Choose your two meats for your Hot Pot and BBQ. (Black Lotus meats are marinade for hours, so this process takes time. We must know your meats choices ahead of time.)
