Step 1– Know your guest count, the date of the event, and location of the event
Step 2– Choose your meat for your ramen bowl. Also get this information from each member of your party. (Black Lotus meats are slow roasted until they are tender, so this process takes time. We must know your meat choices ahead of time.)
